Following the sudden and untimely passing of the former President of the Management Board, Ivan Leko, the Supervisory Board of Cromaris has appointed Ante Šarić, previously a member of the Management Board, as the new President of the Management Board.
Ante Šarić was born in Zadar on 17 December 1990. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Rijeka in 2015.
He joined Cromaris in 2013, where he has held a range of roles in finance and controlling.
In 2021, he assumed the position of Head of Finance, overseeing accounting, treasury, and controlling. In 2024, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer, expanding his responsibilities to include procurement, EU funds, and ESG functions.
In early 2025, Šarić enrolled in the Advancing Organization Development and Mentoring program at the renowned ISOD school, with the aim of further strengthening his leadership capabilities.
He was appointed President of the Management Board of Cromaris on 24 April 2026. Alongside Ante Šarić, the Management Board comprises Dane Desnica and Tin Rukavina.
