Cromaris has expanded its smoked product range with a new premium product, smoked meagre fillets. Fresh meagre prepared as a smoked fillet, a Mediterranean delicacy, is a special gourmet experience. Smoked meagre fillets are prepared using a hot smoking method with beech-wood smoke and are pretreated with Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, basil, bay leaf, sage). Smoked meagre is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorus, protein, and is a source of vitamin E. It is ready to eat and is an excellent choice used in warm or cold appetisers, as well as in salads or risottos and pasta dishes. Learn more about the products in the Products section.
