After almost 12 months of preparations, we will be managing our operations on SAP business applications as of 01 January 2015. The implementation of the SAP system ensures a stable platform for the development of a IT and, primarily, a business system to enable the planned increase in the scope of operations. Business sectors included in SAP are: procurement and operations, sales, production, quality control, controlling and financial accounting. What makes us unique in mariculture is that we are the only ones who implemented SAP in monitoring fish farming process. This enables us to establish full control through the information system showing all necessary data in real time, including biotechnological parameters, food quantities used per cage, state of food supply in farms, etc. The implementation of the SAP business system was carried out by b4b d.o.o.
