This year, for the fifth year in a row, since its establishment, Cromaris will participate in the largest international seafood trade fair European Seafood Exposition 2014, which is traditionally held in Brussels from May 6 to May 8. In cooperation with the Croatian Chamber of Economy, Cromaris will display its range of fresh, packaged and delicious Adriatic Sea fish, and introduce organically produced fish, as a novelty offered under the brand “Cromaris Organic”. To complete the consumers experience, Cromaris invited two very successful chefs, Igor Krulčić of Rovinj’s Maistra and French chef Jean Marc Tachet to prepare snacks from fresh and delicious fish for visitors of the Cromaris stand. Jean Marc Tachet is one of the youngest French chefs who acquired prestigious Meilleur Ouvrier de France title, a highly prized acknowledgment in French gastronomy.
