In the first half of 2023, Cromaris recorded EUR 49m in revenue from sales of goods and services, which is 3% higher compared to the first six months of last year. Sales volume of 6,413 tonnes of whole fish equivalent was achieved. Foreign markets continue to account for a large proportion of Cromaris’ sales – 89% in sales volume and 89% in sales revenue. When it comes to foreign market, the highest growth of revenue was recorded on the Austrian and French markets. In the differentiated products portfolio, which accounted for 35% of revenue in the first half of the year, processed products – packed and gutted fish – continue to record highest growth. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to EUR 6.6m and were 15% higher. In the first half of 2023, Cromaris recorded EUR 2m in net profit, up by 41%.
