We are proud to announce our partnership with the fourth edition of the Fish&Jazz Festival in Zadar, which will once again take place on Muraj from June 4 to June 7!
Our Cromaris Fish Corner will offer a rich menu of diverse and creative dishes made from Cromaris fish, available daily from 6:00 PM to midnight.
Chef Tihomir Bježančević, who has been with us at every edition of the festival so far, will be preparing the traditional dish gregada, which delighted visitors last year. Together with the talented chef Filip Sočković, he will also be serving sea bass and meagre fillets prepared on an OFYR grill, featured in burgers and bao buns.
