Note: Sushi must be served with wasaby paste (green Japanese horseradish), soya sauce and marinated ginger.
Slice the skinless sea bass fillet into sticks, put for 10 minutes in beetroot juice. During this time, cook rice for sushi. Put the rice on nori algae spiced with sea salt, rice vinegar, little bit of sugar, then add sticks of cucumber, red pepper, avocado and marinated sea bass sticks. Carefully roll using of bamboo, cut up and serve.
