Intro

Use a larger bowl in which you will place the soba noodles. Add the prepared carrots, avocado, edamame beans, pickled daikon and red onion, pour a little lime juice and soy sauce to taste, add pieces of sea bream, sprinkle with spring onions and black sesame, and serve.

Step
1

Put all the ingredients for the marinade in one bowl and mix them well, then pour the mixture over the sea bream fillets. Leave the fish to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Place the soba noodles in boiling water and cook for 4-5 minutes, then strain and rinse gently in plenty of lukewarm water.

Step
2

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.

Step
3

Place the marinated fish on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle the fillets with a little bit of oil, add salt and place them in a preheated oven. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then take the fish out of the oven, turn it over carefully, pour the marinade over and place it back in the oven. Bake for another 5-7 minutes on the other side. The fish should get a nice darker colour with a lovely glaze and be shiny and sticky. While the fish is in the oven, cook the edamame beans for 5 minutes, then strain and peel them. Cut the avocado in half, peel it and then slice it.
