Season with salt and add some lemon juice and a teaspoon of sour cream. Wash the lettuce. Put the avocado, mustard, salt, pepper, garlic and sour cream into the food processor and chop them to get a smooth spread. Mix in the shredded or finely chopped cucumber.

Cut the buns into halves. Assemble the ingredients in the following order: avocado spread, lettuce, smoked sea bream, carrot and cabbage. Cover with the other half of the bun and enjoy.
