Note: Honey gives a final ‘touch’ and sweet taste to fish and vegetables.

Cut in the gutted sea bream, and marinate with olive oil and sea salt. Cut vegetables (potatoes, onions, garlic, zucchini, carrots, red pepper) thinly, season with olive oil and sea salt, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C.
After 20 minutes, add the fish and sherry. When the fish and the vegetables are done season with honey and fresh herbs, mix and serve.
