Strain the marinated fish and cut it into smaller pieces. Season the rocket, mini tomatoes and mozzarella with olive oil and pepper, and stir well.
Place the prepared salad on a plate as a foundation, then carefully lay the sliced marinated fish over it, and sprinkle some olive oil and pepper. A cheerful, colourful summer salad. Instead of mozzarella, you can use any other cheese you like (feta, soft goat milk cheese or hard cows’ milk cheese).
