Wash and dry the sea bream, then season with salt. Place it on a well-heated grill pan for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn and sear it for another 6 to 8 minutes. In the meantime, wash the chard and add it to the heated olive oil in the pan. When the chard is wilted, add a little bit of lemon juice and salt. When the fish is almost done, add slices of lemon and parsley.
