Cromaris has expanded its smoked product range with a new premium product, smoked meagre fillets. Fresh meagre prepared as a smoked fillet, a Mediterranean delicacy, is a special gourmet experience. Smoked meagre fillets are prepared using a hot smoking method with beech-wood smoke and are pretreated with Mediterranean herbs (rosemary, basil, bay leaf, sage). Smoked meagre is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, phosphorus, protein, and is a source of vitamin E.
